Host Controls

You are the conductor of the show. The Control Panel gives you God-mode powers over the game state, buzzers, and scores.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed is everything. Keep your hands on the keyboard to run a seamless game.

Key	Action	Effect
`SPACE`	Toggle Buzzers	Unlocks buzzers for players. If already unlocked (or someone buzzed), it Resets them.
`ENTER`	Next / Select	Opens the currently highlighted clue (Grid) or advances to the next step (Linear).
`ESC`	Close Clue	Forces the current clue to close and returns to the Game Board.
`Q`	Reveal Question	Shows the question text on the TV (if hidden).
`A`	Reveal Answer	Reveals the correct answer on the TV/Apps.
`D`	Mark Done	Marks current clue as complete (grayed out) without awarding points.
`C`	Correct	Judge active player as Correct (+Points). Ends the clue.
`W`	Wrong	Judge active player as Wrong (-Points). Re-opens buzzers for others.

The Clue Lifecycle

Step 1Select

Pick a clue from the grid using arrows or mouse.

Step 2Read

Read the question. Press Q to reveal text on TV.

Step 3Open

Press Space to unlock buzzers. Wait for a buzz.

Step 4Judge

Mark Correct (C) or Wrong (W).

Step 5Done

System auto-closes if Correct. Use D or Esc to finish.

Advanced Controls

🤖 Auto-Judge

For "Everyone Plays" and "Multiple Choice" questions, the system acts as the judge. It compares player inputs against your set Answer key and awards points instantly.

⏩ Auto-Proceed

In the Game Settings (gear icon), you can set an "Auto Proceed Delay". If set (e.g., 5s), the game will automatically move to the next step after a clue finishes.
